Electrofusion AZS ramming mass has the following characteristics:
1. When the temperature is below 800℃, the expansion increases regularly according to the coefficient smaller than the expansion coefficient of AZS electrofusion material, which has little relationship with the load.
2. From 800°C to 1200°C, the exudation of the glass phase has been increased to the maximum at 1200°C, resulting in the following effects:
(a) In this temperature region, the fused AZS series ramming mass has good moldability;
(b) Fused zirconium corundum (ZrO2 32% grade) paving tiles and fused AZS series ramming masss both contain about 20% glass phase, and they can be well adhered together.
3. From 1200°C to 1300°C, when the temperature exceeds 1200°C, the glass phase begins to transform into mullite, the plasticity is weakened, and the material begins to change in the ceramic body until the entire bottom of the pool is sintered into a sealed and inseparable whole.
4. Good resistance to glass erosion and metal penetration
The key to the production of fused AZS ramming mass is to pulverize the original brick, which contains about 20% glass phase. The presence of the glassy phase in the fused AZS ramming mass makes it a strained material after over 800°C, the plasticity and adhesion of the material in the temperature range of 800~1100°C are beneficial to the seam in the case of some weak displacements Keep the seal and form a reliable intermediate layer between the fused zirconium corundum paving tiles containing the same glass phase, which can effectively prevent the foamed glass from infiltrating between the paving tiles and the lining, and avoid "drilling up" erosion. Extends the life of the bottom of the pool.
