When laying out the regenerator of an internal combustion hot blast stove, the vertical centerline should be laid down from the thermocouple hole on the top of the furnace according to the spraying centerline, and the centerline should be placed at the bottom of the furnace, and then the regenerator should be marked on the surface of the spray coating layer. The center line of the cross extends as the height of the masonry rises.
The setting-out of the regenerator of the external combustion hot blast stove is the same as the internal combustion type. First, the center line of the spraying is used as the reference, and the cross center line of the furnace body is marked on the surface of the spray coating layer, and it extends as the masonry height rises. .
When building the enclosure wall of the regenerator, check the verticality and curvature of the enclosure wall and the combined brick with the combined brick below the grate, and confirm whether it meets the design and construction requirements. After the masonry is completed, the combined brick with the opening cannot be closed. .
The internal combustion type fence is sprayed first, and then the checker brick masonry is started. During the masonry, the multi-ring wall should be constructed from the inside to the outside, and the inner ring bricks should be laid first, and the outer ring bricks should be placed close to the checkered bricks of the inner ring for masonry. The gap between the checker brick and the sprayed layer shall be filled with asbestos board filler, and the top surface of the filler shall not be less than 500mm from the surface of the masonry.
When building the wall of the external combustion hot blast stove, the construction should be carried out according to the center line. The wall composed of multiple rings is built from the outer ring brick layer to the inner ring brick. When building, the flatness of the inner radius of the brick layer should be confirmed. When building the inner ring bricks, mark the elevation of the brick layer on the thermal insulation refractory brick layer.
At every turn of the inner and outer combustion hot blast stove shell, the expansion joints and sliding joints of the upper and lower sections of the enclosing wall masonry must be reserved according to the design requirements, and the surface of each section of the pallet shall be leveled with refractory castable.

Checker bricks for regenerators usually use seven-hole checker bricks, and each layer should be staggered when masonry, and the upper and lower grid holes should be aligned. The checker bricks around the edge position and the junction of the fence should be pre-classified and marked according to the design size before masonry. During the construction, the checker bricks are built in order according to the different scales of the checker bricks in accordance with the construction drawings.
Before the checker brick masonry, draw the cross center line at the four angle directions of 0°, 90°, 180°, and 270° of the enclosing wall, and then draw out two rows of masonry centers on both sides of the 90° and 270° lines. The center line is the first line of masonry center line.
The first layer of checkered bricks is dry-laid and pre-laid, and the center grid is checked to be accurate and qualified before formal masonry. After the masonry is completed, it is confirmed that the surface flatness of the masonry meets the requirements, and then the second layer of checkered bricks is built. .
The deviation of expansion joints between checker bricks is 4mm for clay checker bricks; 8mm for high-aluminum checker bricks; and 12mm for siliceous checker bricks. Use yellow cardboard or foam plastic board to fill the expansion joint tightly, and press the expansion joint board tightly on the side of the checker brick, laying the edges on the side.
After the checker brick masonry is completed, check again whether the hole position of the checker hole is unobstructed, and pass the full height of the checker hole with the inspection tool to be unobstructed, that is, the construction ends.
