How to package, transport and store
refractory materials for glass melting furnace?
① The bricks must be clearly marked, such as stamping the product inspection certificate and mark on the working surface, and stacking and packaging separately. The bricks should be packaged separately according to the positive and negative tolerances. Fused cast refractory bricks should also indicate the unit weight, nominal size, production date and assembly number of the brick. The pre-assembled bricks should also provide assembly drawings and photos.
②The packaging of Shihuo materials should be in accordance with the requirements of the contract and implement relevant standards. There should be protective measures for vulnerable parts such as edges and corners. There should be shock-isolating materials between two bricks in the same packing box, and the outer surface of the packing box should be sprayed or written on the name, model, quantity, supplier, user name, and rainproof, fragile, transportation, and stacking marks. Export products The packaging must comply with the relevant export packaging regulations of the State Administration of Commodity Inspection.
③The axles of the train should be transported by remote cars or wagons with tarpaulins that are not warm, rain or snow, and the bottom of the car should be padded with moisture-proof materials. Car axles must be covered with rain and snow tarps. Handle with care during installation to prevent damage.
④ Refractory materials enterprises must promptly notify the users of the departure date, vehicle number, delivery variety and quantity, and contract number when delivering the goods, and submit the product certificate and inspection report at the same time. Unshaped refractories must be accompanied by construction instructions when they leave the factory, indicating construction related matters. After the glass company has added the delivery notice of the refractory material company, it should be promptly passed to the full-time management department, and the vehicle should be properly picked up and stored.
⑤Glass companies should set up special storage warehouses for fire materials. The warehouse should meet the requirements for the storage of fire materials during the construction of the melting furnace (including the tin bath) and the cold repair. The warehouse floor should be made of concrete to ensure no water seepage, rain and snow, good ventilation, and avoid high temperature and slippery humidity. Shihuo material companies should also set up special warehouses, and refractory materials are strictly prohibited to be stored in the open air before leaving the factory.
⑥The refractory materials should be stored in the warehouse immediately after they arrive at the glass enterprise, and storage in the open air is strictly prohibited. Large materials of different varieties and specifications (including amorphous refractory materials) must be stacked separately according to the corresponding requirements, and clearly marked, all indicating the variety, specifications, quantity and date of the stock. Generally, the principle of first-in, first-out should be followed, and the warehouse should be kept by a special person, and there should be detailed records of in and out.
⑦For time-effective fire materials (such as alkaline materials and castables, etc.), the storage time should not be too long, and the time should be implemented in accordance with the corresponding product standards. If it has been damp during storage, it is necessary to take measures to remove moisture in time, and take samples to check the actual quality, and then decide whether to use it. If it can still be used, the low-temperature baking time must be appropriately extended during use. Materials that have deteriorated due to moisture shall not be used.
