Mullite-silica Refractory Bricks is a kind of refractory brick mainly composed of mullite, andalusite, silicon carbide and special grade homogenization alumina by high pressure shaping and high temperature firing.
Mullite-silica Refractory Bricks is with good high temperature resistance, wear resistance, corrosion resistance, low thermal conductivity, low energy consumption, etc. Currently, it covers the cooling zone and transitional zone of most cement kilns.
Mullite-silica Refractory Bricks is widely used in decomposition zone and preheating zone of dry cement kiln, high wear parts of grate cooler and other parts scoured by rapid wind. Anti-stripping brick and other refractories of different performances are normally allocated in kilneye, former transitional zone, latter transitional zone and decomposition zone separately while silicon-mullite brick can cover all the craft zones except firing zone.
