Before construction, it is necessary to carefully check whether the construction tools such as molds meet the requirements for use, and whether the rust removal of the equipment, the welding and installation of tortoise nets and anchoring nails are qualified. When everything is ready, you can refer to the following construction methods for construction.
1. Stir
①A forced mixer should be used for mixing. The mixer should be cleaned in advance and rinsed with water. Lime, silt, Portland cement and other debris should not be mixed.
②According to the size of the mixer and the construction situation, the amount of each mixing should not exceed 100kg.
③ Pour the components of the ramming material into the mixer, dry mix for 3 minutes, and then add the reference amount of liquid binder. The wet mixing time should not be less than 5 minutes, until the mixing material reaches the construction level.
④The mixed ramming material must be used up within 15 minutes.
⑤ The wet material that has been initially coagulated must be discarded, and no liquid binder shall be added for stirring and repeated use.
⑥ The temperature of the construction environment should be between 10 and 30 °C. When the material temperature and the construction site ambient temperature are too low or too high, appropriate measures should be taken.
2. Smear or pound
①During construction, use a mallet or rubber mallet to tap and compact. When smearing or ramming, the thickness of the lining should be checked at any time, and the thickness should be uniform and the surface should be flat. Finally, use a spatula to smooth out the glossy finish. It is strictly forbidden to brush the surface with water, grout or dry cement.
②For the construction of the lining with tortoise shell mesh structure, the area of the tortoise shell mesh lining should not be too large each time. When the construction is interrupted, the residual material in the tortoise shell net in the unconstructed part should be cleaned up.
③ Set up expansion joints according to construction requirements, and the expansion joints are filled with refractory fibers.
3. Maintenance
①After the construction is completed, it should be naturally maintained at room temperature for 3 days, and it is strictly forbidden to spray water.
②The maintenance environment temperature should be above 20℃ as much as possible. When the ambient temperature is lower than 20 ℃, the curing time should be appropriately extended or other corresponding measures should be taken depending on the hardening condition.
4. Bake
①Baking should be done in accordance with the relevant heating curve to avoid rapid heating, otherwise it will cause internal damage or burst.
② When the curing temperature is too low, the low-temperature baking time should be extended and the heating rate should be slowed down.
③ Proper ventilation must be maintained during baking to facilitate the removal of moisture.
④ During the oven process, if there is a temperature drop, do not increase the speed to catch up with the temperature.
