After the material is melted completely it is then cast into the mould to cool and curdle. Special attention during the condensation process due to volume constriction cavities appears. The AZSs cast methods are Regular Cast Tilt Cast Void Free Cast and End Cast. Varied cast method of AZS products are chosen to meet the different requirements for glass kiln parts.
