Refractory ball owns the characters of high mechanical strength, high chemical stability, and excellent heat endurance. So, it has a long useful life, not react with chemicals in the reactor, and can resist the high temperature not over 1900 celcius degree. Refractory ball play the role to support, cover and protect catalyst during various processes. With its application, distribution of vapor-liquid is distributed more evenly.
It can be widely applied in high-low temperature conversion stove, reborner, hydrogenation reformer, desulphurizer and methane reformer in fertilizer plant playing the rold of to support, cover and protect catalyst. It's also applied in hot blast stove and heating exchange equipment in the steel and iron industry.
